Competition terms
1. The promoter
Competitions in this app are run by TCG Tracker AU, ABN 92 861 674 264 ("the promoter", "we"). Competitions are not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, or any retailer tracked by the app. Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, or involved in, any competition in any manner. Google LLC is not a sponsor of, or involved in, any competition in any manner.
2. Who can enter
Competitions are open to Australian entrants: prizes are posted to Australian delivery addresses only, and a winner who cannot provide an Australian delivery address forfeits the prize and a redraw occurs. An overseas contact number does not by itself make an entry ineligible. Entrants under 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian, and prizes for entrants under 18 will be awarded to the parent or guardian. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families cannot enter.
Members-only competitions. Some competitions are marked "Pro members only" on the competition page. For those, you must hold a current, paid-up TCG Tracker Pro membership both at the time you enter and at the time of the draw. A membership granted by promo code counts.
If your Pro membership has ended or lapsed before the draw, your entry is not drawn. If your membership is in a failed-payment grace period at the time of the draw and you are drawn as the winner, you have 24 hours from our first contact to restore payment. If payment is not restored within that time the prize is forfeited and a redraw occurs.
This condition applies only to competitions marked in this way. Every other competition remains open to all eligible accounts, including free accounts, on the free-entry basis set out in clause 4.
3. Entry period
Each competition's opening and closing times are shown on the competition page in the app. Entries and bonus entries only count within that window.
4. How to enter, including free entry
Enter once per account from the competition page by providing your name and a contact number, while holding active alert HP. HP is available to every user at no cost via the free daily Potion, so for any competition that is not marked "Pro members only" no purchase is necessary to enter and every eligible account can obtain at least one entry for free. Competitions marked "Pro members only" additionally require a current Pro membership at entry and at the draw, as set out in clause 2. Paying Pro subscribers may additionally opt in to automatic entry, which enters them into each new competition using their saved details; automatic entry can be turned off at any time from the competition page.
5. Entries
The number of entries an account receives is set by its membership tier, as displayed on the competition page, and tracks that tier while the competition is open: upgrading increases your entries, and if a paid membership ends before the competition closes your entries reduce to the tier then held. Your final entry count reflects your tier at the close. Bonus entries may be awarded in connection with optional purchases made during the competition window; bonus amounts are at the promoter's discretion, may vary between competitions, and are shown in your entry count on the competition page.
Daily bonus video. For competitions that are not marked "Pro members only", once entered, an account may earn one additional entry per competition per day by watching a short sponsored video from that competition's card in the app. Bonus video entries are not available on competitions marked "Pro members only". No purchase is required. Days run midnight to midnight Australian Eastern Standard Time, and each day's bonus is available only while the competition is open. Bonus video entries accumulate for the life of the competition and are shown in your entry count. Where a video cannot be shown for reasons outside your control, the promoter may award the day's bonus entry regardless. One entrant per account; duplicate or fraudulent accounts are excluded.
6. The prize
Each competition has the prize described on its competition page, with a total value under $3,000 unless otherwise stated and authorised. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. One prize per competition unless stated otherwise.
7. The draw
The winner is drawn at random after the closing time, weighted by entries, and conducted live on the promoter's social channels. Entrants are displayed in the draw by first name and last initial only.
8. Winner notification
The winner will be contacted using the phone number provided at entry and the email address on their account, within 7 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be reached or does not claim within 14 days of first contact, the promoter may redraw. Results are announced on the promoter's social channels.
9. Your details
Names and contact details collected at entry are used solely to conduct the draw and contact the winner, and are not shared or used for marketing. They are permanently deleted from our records within 60 days of the competition closing. If you enable automatic entry, your name and contact number are also kept on your account solely to enter you into future competitions, until you turn automatic entry off. 10. General
The promoter may cancel, extend, or amend a competition if required for reasons outside its control, subject to any applicable state authority direction. The promoter's decision is final where permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
